Booking Policy / Payment Methods
- Your reservation is comfirmed only after deposit in advance or providing the reservation form filled.
- In case the deposit is not made or the reservation form is not sent completed within 48 hours, your reservation is considered invalid.
- Check in time in the room after 15:00
- Departure time from the room until 11:00
Acceptable methods of payment
- Cash and credit cards (visa, MasterCard)
Cancellations / Booking changes
- For cancellations 30 days before arrival the reservation is canceled free of charge.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is charged to the credit card.
- In case of early departure the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the original amount of the reservation.
In case of booking multiple rooms the deposit is for each room separately and in case of cancellation of one or more rooms it is not offset against the remaining rooms of the booking.
- For cancellations 30 days before arrival, the amount of the deposit is non refundable but no extra cancellation fees will be applied.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and the full amount is charged to the credit card.

Children / Extra people
- Accommodation for children under 2 years is free and a cot is available upon request.
- Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- The accommodation may refuse your stay if extra people from the number of beds booked arrive on arrival.
- Maximum capacity of babycots per room is 1.
- It is not possible to place extra beds in the room.
